Goal:
Our goal was to make the sports betting processes simple and intuitive.
Problem:
At Depzon, with over 6 years in the market, acts as a supplier of solutions and back-office for sports betting websites. The challenges faced by the platform include the complexity inherent in the segment, characterized by a large volume of data and various sports modalities, which can create a high cognitive load for new and inexperienced users.
Solution:
I was approached by Depzon for a complete redesign, aiming to improve usability and simplify the user experience. The project scope covered the standard betting flow, user administrative area, Casino page, and a unique site modality where users can create tournaments and compete against each other.
My contribution:
I developed a clean, human, and modern interface that communicates the message clearly and simply. As Depzon acts as a back-office, providing solutions for various sports betting sites, the interface was designed to be scalable, meeting the needs of different clients. This aspect introduced the challenge of creating a comprehensive design system for the project, ensuring consistency and facilitating future implementations by other clients using the platform..

Development of a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency and facilitate future implementations by other clients.

Implementation of the new design, monitoring user reception and making ongoing adjustments.
Future:
The next steps will be to develop a design system multi-brands. Initially as a library of foundations and components in Figma, but already being planned from the beginning as a way to accommodate different brand characteristics, since not only all Depzon's products but also the sites implemented for clients will consume this design system.
